New information and requirements about ISORECEA Conference in Hungary, 14-17 December 2006

Dear Colleagues,

First, I would like to apologize because of this big delay in disseminating our information, but we did not have sufficient details to share before this time. I was in abroad in summer and I just came back on 31 August. I have collected some new and important information what I would like to share with you now.

- I hope all of you know already, that:

- The next ISORECEA Conference will be held in Hungary, 14-17. December 2006.

- This time, unfortunately, we cannot afford any subsidy, so all participants have to pay for the accommodation. Also all participants have to pay the piper of travel as well.

We know, it is very different from the previous practice in ISORECEA, and it places greater expenses on each of us. Nevertheless, we are convinced that ISORECEA conferences are important, so in spite of our financial difficulties we would like to keep it alive and thriving. I have attempted to push the price down as much as it is possible, so I hope the it will be within reach of everyone.

Details:

We have found a place for the Conference in Leanyfalu. It is a village, not very far from Budapest.

Accommodations:

We have secured a Catholic retreat-house. There are single rooms with bathrooms, and some apartments (two bedrooms with one bathroom). The house is simple, but comfortable. The conference will be held in this house as well.

The accommodation + a reception + coffee, tea, etc. during the day + wine for the evening meetings, so all what we provide for you costs all together: 80 €

If you buy, eat, take something that we do not provide you, it must be paid for separately!

We will inform you, how you can get there by public transportation.

Costs of public transportation (to get to the place of conference and back to the Airport or Railway station) is about 10-11 €
